Delivery
Your orders are carefully prepared after your payment is confirmed. Since our products are custom-made, the preparation and delivery time to cargo may vary depending on the product. Orders handed over to cargo are delivered to your address via our contracted cargo company.
Packaging
Each Maşuka Design product is carefully prepared to preserve print quality. Products are sent in protective packaging that protects their surfaces from external factors, with robust packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Cancellation and Return
Since products are custom-made, cancellation requests must be notified to info@masukadesign.com or Maşuka Design WhatsApp contact line within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet entered the production process, your cancellation can be processed.
For products you have received, a return request can be made via info@masukadesign.com or WhatsApp contact line within 14 days from the delivery date of the product. Simply state your order number, reason for return, and the products you wish to return in your application.
Due to the special production of our products and the need for delicate packaging, returns must be sent in their original Maşuka Design packaging and in a way that protects the product. Returns sent with insufficient protection or without packaging may not be accepted.
For approved cancellation and return transactions, refunds are processed within your bank's transaction times, depending on your payment method.
