BUYER: The customer with the name, surname, address and contact information specified during the order.
2. Subject
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulations.
3. Product Subject to Contract and Payment
The type, quantity, sale price (including taxes) and payment method of the product are as specified on the order page.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered by cargo to the address provided by the BUYER during the order, within the period stipulated in the relevant legislation.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return
Since the products are produced specifically for the person/order, exceptions to the right of withdrawal are reserved. Cancellation and return conditions are regulated on our Delivery and Return page.
6. Authorized Court
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized.
